Bangalore: The complete operations of Mysore bound buses by the Karnataka State Road T ransport Corporation has been shifted to Mysore Satellite Bus Stand from Kempegowda Bus Station (KBS) on W ednesday .

But the passengers who were unaware of this, were found waiting at KBS for the Mysore buses when Vijay Times visited the spot.

Though, there were regular announcements regarding the shifting, as there were no public address systems at Mysore Mallige bus stop in KBS, the message was not reaching the waiting passengers.

Speaking to Vijay Times, Divya, a software engineer who was waiting from 1 pm to 4 pm said: "I am unable to find any of the KSRTC officials, informing us about the shifting and the alternative arrangement of link service to the Satellite Bus Stand. Because of this I am stranded here for three hours." Mohan a tourist waiting with his family who had a similar experience said: "Though the Mysore buses are arriving at KBS, no passengers are being allowed to board these buses. But, these buses are found running empty till Satellite bus stand. They could have allowed us to board the bus at least for this day ." But, the KSRTC officials when contacted said that this being the first day of shifting there were bound to be problems. "But from tomorrow , we will ensure that none of the passenger will be left stranded at KBS as more and more link service mini buses will be introduced to ferry the passengers to Satellite Bus Stand.
