BCC chief inspects road works

Bangalore: Bangalore City Corporation Commissioner K Jothiramalingam on Friday inspected the construction of roads, drains, side-walks and storm-water drains taken up by the BCC in the City’s east zone.

The Commissioner also inspected works on Magrath Road and Primrose Road and instructed engineers to complete works on time.

He reviewed the progress of works on 80-Feet Road in Indiranagar taken up under KMRP at a cost of Rs 13 crore and said the work will be completed by mid-April next.

Jothiramalingam also inspected the development works entrusted to Karnataka Land Army Corporation and the asphalting work at Indiranagar and Jeevan Bima Nagar .
