YESHWANTPUR FLYOVER 2 MONTHS TO GO
Work on the signal-free flyover at Yeshwantpur Circle has been on for the past seven months now. The project, worth Rs 19.36 crore, is expected to be complete by December-end or latest by January 2009. According to BBMP sources, what remains is some work on two joints and asphalting of the entire stretch. The flyover was envisaged as part of the comprehensive city development plan under the Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JNNURM). The total length of this four-lane bi-directional flyover is 419.9 m.
