BANGALORE: The Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) has set up control rooms to help citizens under its jurisdiction.

The control rooms would be under the charge of an Assistant Executive Engineer. The control rooms would attend to complaints pertaining to flooding and other rain-related problems round-the-clock.

BDA Commissioner Siddaiah has issued directions to identify flood prone areas, immediate disilting of drains, de-clogging and repairing culverts and roads to ensure smooth flow of rain water.
