BMIC Update: Govt yet to give land

Govt yet to give land
The Times of india

Land is still not available for Nandi Infrastructure Corridor Enterprise (NICE) to take their ambitious Bangalore Mysore Infrastructure Corridor (BMIC) further. Reason: Kumaraswamy’s government is not providing what they ask for.
NICE now plans to approach the Supreme Court. “Despite SC directing the state government last April to expedite the BMIC project, the state has done nothing. We will approach the apex court,” a NICE representative said.
Right now, the focus is on the 18 km peripheral ring road connecting Bidadi (Mysore Road) to Madavara (Tumkur Road), which cuts through Magadi Main Road. The stretch contains 40 major underpasses, 50 cattle passes (box culverts), 90 pipe culverts and utility ducts.
The road has been raised a few feet above the ground-level to maintain the speed. For the convenience of villagers to pass from one end to the other, underpasses are being constructed every 500 mts. Besides, the promoters have taken care to grow landscape grass (lawn grass) on either side of the road.
Huge spaces have been left open on the entire route for the construction of the compound
wall. One can witness the scenic beauty of natural lakes as also BDA’s mega project Visvesvaraya Layout, while passing through this stretch.
On conservation of lakes, NICE representative said none of the lakes have been affected by the project. “We intend to conserve and develop these lakes.”

When will the Tumkur Road to Mysore Road BMIC stretch be opened?

Can anyone comment on it's current status?

Is there a flyover coming up over the Mysore Road?
