Petrol to cost Rs. 55.15 in city

BANGALORE: The price of petrol in Bangalore was increased by Rs. 4.49 and diesel price went up by Rs. 2.25 with effect from Monday midnight following the price revision by the Union Government.

The revised price of petrol will be Rs. 55.15 (it was Rs. 50.66 earlier) a litre, and that of diesel is Rs. 37.51 (Rs. 35.26) a litre, according the official website of the Indian Oil Corporation Limited.
