BMP to take suggestions from citizens on development work

BANGALORE: Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (BMP) will conduct public consultation meetings on May 6 at 30 places to get inputs from citizens on implementation of projects identified to be taken up under the Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JNNURM).

According to a press release, citizens can give suggestions on the development of the city during the interaction meetings.

"The time and venue of the meetings will be announced shortly.

"Citizens are requested to participate in the meetings and suggest for the success of NURM projects," the release added.
