WITH just two days to go for the formation of the new JD(S)-BJP government, party cadres of both the JD(S) and BJP have been putting up cutouts, banners and buntings of the res parties and that of chief minister-designate K umaraswamy and BJP leader B S Y ediyurappa.

It may be recalled that Kumaraswamy had urged his supporters to refrain from defacing the City’s ae ics by putting up his cutouts and banners. the City is dotted with a number of such materials.

As per ruled under the BCC’s advertisement laws, it is mandatory on the part of any group or a political party to obtain permis the civic body to display such publicity materials According to a BCC official, JDLP leader K umaraswamy had written a letter to the BC them to remove the publicity materials.
