BANGALORE: A new Shatabdi Express between Bangalore city-Chennai-Bangalore will be introduced from October 13.

Union Minister of state for Railways R Velu will flag of the train on October 13.

Bangalore city-Chennai Shatabdi Express will leave here at 0600 hrs to reach Chennai at 1100 hrs and on return direction it will leave Chennai at 1730 hrs and arrive here at 2230 hrs.

The trains will run six days a week. There will be no service on Tuesdays.
