A pleasant surprise

I had submitted my suggestion on the Richmond Road - Residency Road one way proposal to the Bangalore Traffic Police through their website http://www.bcp.gov.in It was a perfunctory act and given my experience with Government websites in the past, I wasn't expecting a response. But, to my pleasant surprise I got this response from them today -

Thanks for your suggestions, we are working on the problems what you have mentioned. We will soon eliminate the problems, through different tasks.
