Autos to stay off roads today
Bangalore, DHNS:
Over 75,000 autorickshaws will stay off the roads in Bangalore from 6 am to 6 pm on Wednesday, in support of the nation-wide strike called by CITU-backed trade unions.

The Autorickshaw Drivers Union, and the Adarsha Auto and Taxi Drivers Union have decided to attend in the dawn to dusk stir, called to protest the economic policies of the government and globalisation.

No holiday
Meanwhile, the State Government has not declared holiday for schools and colleges on Wednesday in view of Bharat bundh call given by left parties opposing price rise
