Bangalore: The Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike on Wednesday evening opened three underpasses built at Malleswaram Circle, BDA Junction and Anandanagar for traffic. However, only the road over the underpass was opened for traffic at Anandanagar junction as minor works are still pending inside the pre-cast elements used for constructing the underpass, said the officials.
