Bangalore, DHNS:
"Innovative Film City (IFC)," the unique multi-crore infotainment concept by Innovative group on the outskirts of Bangalore will soon beckon tourists as the group is planning a launch by April 14.
Bangaloreans can now pose with Hollywood stars, legendary heroes, learn the myths and facts of dinosaurs, and greet Disney characters. They are all in Bangalore as the City based Innovative group has roped in entertainment concepts involving the Ripley’s Museum known for their ‘Believe It or Not’ exhibits, Louis Tussuad Wax Museum, cartoon city, paleo (fossil) world and more, promising entertainment and information to people of all age groups.
Situated about 40 kms from the City on Mysore Road, the IFC is the outcome of two years’ research and collaboration with the world’s best entertainers. “We have travelled in several countries, studied projects and have invested heavily for the design. It began with a concept to create a state-of-the-art studio for moviemakers and later on extended it to the entertainment for people,” Upasana Mittal, Chief Executive Officer, Innovative Group told reporters.
Located over 50 acres, the IFC also hosts several entertainers like go carting track, mini golf and an artificial sea, splashing five feet waves at its ‘Aqua Kingdom.’
The other key highlight will be a 21 screen multiplex with 4D theatres, said to be the biggest of its kind in Asia.
