The High Court on Friday granted an interim order against interference with possession of certain lands in Poojanahalli in Devanahalli taluk for the works said to be taken up for forming a road connecting to Devanahalli international airport.

While passing the order, the court expressed dissatisfaction that the stay was being granted without being able to verify the genuineness of the documents produced by the petitioners, owing to non-cooperation on part of government agencies.
