The complex housing four venues - Town Hall, Ravindra Kalakshetra, Samsa Open Air Theatre and Nayana Auditorium - has been a crowd puller, not only for the ‘Habba’ performances being hosted there, but also for the festive mood the place has created for itself. On Tuesday evening - Day Four of ‘Bengalooru Habba’ witnessed many people coming out of their homes to feel the festive mood that has taken over almost all auditoriums in the City, this season.

Folk music filled the air at the ‘Samsa theatre’, where over hundred students from various dance schools performed dances for popular folk songs like ‘Cheluvayya Cheluvo’ and ‘Ghallu ghallenuta’ in colourful costumes. Its neighbouring venue ‘Ravindra Kalakshetra’ was witness to Dr Suma Sudhindra’s veena performance, where she presented various krithi’s, including Sugunamale and Manavyala Kinchara.

This was followed by the Carnatic vocal performance by Professor Mysore Nagamani Srinath.

The complex also has many stalls, including a food stall by ‘Adigas’, where delicious food items like Masala Dose, chats and other snacks lured audience, who welcomed the idea as it allows for a discussion of art with friends over good food.
