In a round of inspections on Tuesday, Mayor Mumtaz Begum and Deputy Mayor Laxminarayan had a look at the Storm Water Drain remodelling works along the Vrishabhavathi Valley, the civic conditions at Hris-hikeshnagar and some building plan violations along Ring Road in Banashankari III Stage.

During the rounds, the Mayor ordered the sanction of a Nirmala toilet, to be located next to the bus stop, in Hrishikeshnagar.

The Mayor and her team called for speeding up work on the bridge over the SWD at Hosakerehalli.

The said bridge on the Vrishabhavathi Valley connects the BMP limits with the Rajarajeshwarinagar CMC.

Along the Ring Road in Banashankari III Stage, the team noted that an apartment complex by the Sterling group had a water treatment plant put up without a sanctioned plan. The mayor has called for action against its developers.
