Bangalore: Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (BMP) Commissioner K. Jairaj on Wednesday inspected 29th Main Road, BTM Layout.

Asphalting work will be taken up in the first week of September. The overall progress on the road was 15 per cent. The work will be completed by September and over 100 workers have been working on the road.

The BMP said the road in question had been taken up for reconstruction and development under the KMRP-04 package. The work under the package had been entrusted to RNS Infrastructure Pvt.
