HC seeks report on lakes

Bangalore: The high court has ordered that the government file an action-taken report on implementation of the recommendations of the Lakshman Rao Committee on preservation of lakes and water bodies in Bangalore by June 14. If the government does not comply, the revenue secretary will be summoned for inaction.
