CM seeks coordination

CM seeks coordination
The Times of India

Bangalore: There should be coordination among all public services like BMTC, BDA and BWSSB, chief minister H D Kumaraswamy said on Thursday. He was speaking at the BMTC bus stand in Jayanagar where he laid the foundation stone for a multipurpose bus stand that is aimed at completion by 2007.

Kumaraswamy agreed that land was needed for such purposes and said legal coordination between public services would benefit the city at large.

A 10-point agenda with the traffic police that aims at clearing congestion on the roads is in the process of formulation. “The youth has lost respect for the police and think nothing while riding around rashly. I want to introduce a system wherein if a person has violated traffic laws thrice, his driving licence should be cancelled,’’ the CM asserted.
