Again traffic block due to LPG shortage

Again traffic block due to LPG shortage
The Times of India

Bangalore: Auto drivers brought life to a standstill on the busy Residency Road, St Marks Road and surrounding areas on Thursday by resorting to snap strike complaining against shortage of LPG and ‘uninformed’ price hike at a refilling station. This is the third time in the last 30 days that the auto drivers are blocking traffic. “Oil companies have hiked the price of gas by Rs 3 per unit without any intimation. Last week, they effected a Rs 2 price hike and auto fare has not been increased. This is causing a deep dent in our income,’’ an auto driver said.
