Bangalore, Oct. 25: The Madras Engineering Group has deployed its personnel to assist the civil authorities in the rescue and relief operations in the city.
Sources said, "Following a request by the state government, two columns of MEG 60 personnel, led by Captain Bavana have been deployed in Hosur Road and surrounding areas which are worst-hit due to unprecedented rains. They are equipped with boats and life saving jackets for rescuing civilians during the flood."

Why don't u write your stories & your expericences about rain and it's fury?
Incase u stay near by the affected area you can shoot some snaps right !!
I have never seen anyone doing an air survey about inundated b'lore. The media people have politicised rains and more over they are not up to date.
You can do something about it incase u have time. I hope i am not asking too much. Keep up the good work.
