Pulling wool over our eyes yet again

For several months now, ministers and officials from both the state and the centre have been constantly reiterating that the construction of the elevated road to Electronics City would commence on April 2. The day is here and gone and it doesn't look like even a pebble on that road has been moved from its place. I guess its my naivete in believing that our politicians would make anything more than empty promises that should be blamed.
