Finally! Dairy Circle underpass opening today

Bangalore: The much awaited Dairy Circle underpass is now ready. Chief minister N. Dharam Singh will throw it open to the public on Thursday morning. The motorists have had to endure the traffic congestion in and around Dairy Circle due to the closure of this junction for over 19 months. The construction work, which was started here in February 2003, has been delayed by about seven months. The project was delayed due to an increase of price of steel and change of government.
