Now, Rs 22K-cr project for Bangalore

BANGALORE: BBMP has come out with yet another master plan to make Bangalore a better place to live.
But it is not yet clear whether its ambitious Rs 22,000-crore project to decongest, beautify and providing green cover to Bangalore will take shape as the government is yet to approve the project.
Bangalore South incharge Minister R Ashoka and BBMP Commissioner Bharatlal Meena unveiled the mega plan ‘Namma Bangalore Namma drushti,’ (Our Bangalore Our Outlook) on Saturday. Ashoka said that they would “raise money through regularisation of unauthorised buildings.” This is the third such proposal announced for the city in the last few months.
