BANGALORE: Motorists are advised to avoid the Raj Bhavan Road up to the Jalahalli stretch between 9 am and 11 am on Wednesday on account of President Prathibha Patil’s engagements in the city.

City Police Commissioner Shankar Bidari has however noted that there will be no major traffic diversions in the city.

The President’s convoy will be plying through L H Road, Chowdiah Road, Palace Road and Ramanamaharishi Road.

Making things much easier on the city’s vehicular traffic, the President will reach the Bengaluru International Airport by helicopter after the function at the Air Force station.
