Bangalore: The high court has stayed the execution of the July 4 BDA communication declaring a civic amenity site at New Tippasandra adjacent to Poornaprajna education centre as only a park.
The petitioner institution had contended that BDA had even received Rs 1 crore to maintain it as park and playground. However, it reverted the decision recently and decided to hand over the site to BBMP to maintain it as park.
