Inauguration a certainty

Civil Aviation Minister Praful Patel on Thursday said the inauguration of the Bengaluru International Airport on Friday is a certainty. Speaking to Deccan Herald at the fourth UPA anniversary, organised at the residence of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, he said the delay of 24 hours was not because of his ministry but because Election Commission sought time to organise the security forces.
