BBMP has taken up construction of a bridge across a storm-water drain near Sri Circle on St John’s Road. It is expected to go on for 45 days.

The City Traffic Police has diverted movement of traffic in the area. According to a release, riders have been told to use alternative roads:

* Vehicles from Naga Circle should take a left turn at Sri Circle and pass through ASM Road to reach Dhobi Ghat Road.

* Vehicles moving towards St John’s Road and St John’s Church Street from Dhobi Ghat should pass through Dickenson Road and Kamaraj Road and take a right turn at Kamaraj Road junction.

* Parking on both sides near Sri Circle on Annaswamy Mudaliyar Road and from Commercial Street entrance to Shivanchetty Garden has been prohibited till the work is over.
