BANGALORE: Traffic will be regulated in the City in view of the five-day cricket test match between India and Pakistan being held at KSCA Stadium from December 8 to December 12.
Parking of vehicles will be restricted between 6 am and 6 pm from CTO circle to Queens Statue (both sides) and from Anil Kumble circle to Queens statue circle (both sides). No parking will be allowed on Link road, Rajbhavan road, T Chowdaiah road and Race Course road till the match is over.
Parking also will be banned on Cubbon road (both sides) along the compound wall of Cricket stadium, Central Stree (both sides), Cubbon road from BRV junction to Dickenson road junction except BMTC buses on Cubbon road in between Kamaraja road and Dickenson road junction, Madras Bank road from SBI circle to Ashirvadham circle, Museum road from MG road to Madras Bank road, Residency road and Richmond road, Kasturba road from Queens statue circle to Hudson Circle and on Grant road from Siddalingaiah circle to RRMR circle.
Parking for all types of vehicles is arranged between 6 am and 6 pm in the following places: BRV Police Ground with Pink pass for four wheelers two-wheelers and Police vehicles, St Marks Cathedral Church Ground Lavelle road with Yellow pass for four wheelers and Gate no 1 (Queens road) with Green pass for four wheelers.
Parking will be allowed on Kings road, on Eastern side from Bal Bhavan Junction to High Court junction and near Press Club inside Cubbon Park, a Press release from city police stated.
The police have requested the public to cooperate with the new arrangement.
