Cane-O-La Foods Private Limited has decided to launch a unique project to provide fresh and healthy sugarcane juice which is beneficial to the consumers and farmers.

“Sugarcane juice is an age old natural and healthy product with medicinal values. This is why we plan to offer the consumers fresh sugarcane juice prepared through a healthy and hygienic process”, says G Srinivas Rao, chairman and managing director of Cane-O-La.

The first outlet has been launched at Jayanagar 4th block on June 15. Later on, it has planned to open kiosks all over India to popularise and promote fresh sugarcane juice under the brand name Cane-O-La as an instant energy-giving and healthy drink. It is an all time-all age drink available in all season.

The project has launched under the guidance of Consumer Forum president and consumer activist Mr R Prabhakar.

The Company has imported 316 L grade`s stainless steel acid-proof machine costing over Rs 1 lakh from U S A to provide fresh sugarcane juice. Training is being provided to workers to operate and maintain this machine.
This project would be beneficial and useful for farmers, consumers and industrialists.

It buys sugarcane directly from farmers without any mediator and give their products value on the spot. Then it filters and washes sugarcane neatly through the imported machine after it cuts sugarcane into a proper size and keep it into cold storage.

The fresh sugarcane juaice is available in six flavours and is not packed. According to Mr Rao it would increase the income of the farmers by encouraging and promoting hygenic sugarcane juice all over the country.

The unhygenic sugarcane juice which is now available by the roadside, prepared in a dusty environment, will now be replaced by nutritious and healthy sugarcane juice. That is why most people hesitate and reject to drink sugarcane juice on the roadside.
