The High Court on Monday ordered notices to the State Government, the BMRDA, the Karnataka Road Development Corporation and the Lake Development Authority, on a PIL challenging the re-alignment of the Expressway proposed to Devanahalli International Airport.

A PIL filed by Raja Reddy, an agriculturist, alleged that the Government had ordered a change in the notified alignment proposed from Outer Ring Road to International Airport in order to favour vested interests.
