Dear sir,

I would like to draw your kind attention toward the functioning of routes from Yelahanka 4th phase. There are too many problems with regard to the departure time and mainly I would like to report that the 402B routes are not strictly adhereing to the rules. they are not stoping in the authorised bustop. I have been facing this problem thrice till now.
Hope some serious action action will be taken in this regard.

Hello,
I would like to bring your attention to the negligence of the new volvo buses launched recently. Many commuters are new to the city as well new to bus routes and stops. I travelled by the cv raman nagar-KG bus std route. The bus had a few passengers and the conductor fell asleep! during the ride and failed to tell the driver to stop at an authorised bus stop. I was dropped off at the next stop and had to find my way to my destination after walking for 2 kms. Conductors are supposed to inform the drivers if a passenger has to get down at a particular bus stop.Kindly look into this manner.

Dear Sir

Everday I board the bus from Kodigehalli gate on Bellary Road to reach Shivajinagar.
The frequeny of buses is very low . Only 2 buses arrving at Kodigehalli gate stop between 9-10.00AM.

Today when I boarded the bus KA01 F3901,at Kodgigehalli stop I had to run a distance to reach the bus.
Inspite of informing the lady conductor, No 432 she refused to admit that the bus had not properly stopped .

Can the BMTC look into this complaint?

regards

S J Shirolkar

BMTC Bus (KA 01 1109) Conductor Mishaves and Tries to Slap Ladies Pasenger

Respected Sir,
I wanted to bring the very unfortunate fact about the behavior of conductor of a BMTC bus in your notice, so that corective mesures can be taken by you against the person who are making the BMTC bus ride a unsafe experience.

My wife has boarded a BMTC bus (KA 01 1109) today (8th July 2009) at around 12:10 PM from Seegehalli, Kadugodi (Janapriya Sai Darshan, Opposite to Shell Petrol Bunk) to go to Pragathi School, Kadugodi. She asked for a ticket for Pragathi School from conductor and purchased the ticket (A110 041740) at Rs. 9/-. The conductor did not inform that the bus won't stop at Pragathi school and stopped the bus at Chansandra railway gate after the Kadugodi stop. When she complained about that to conductor and asked to stop, he mishaved with arrogant body language and voice. Finally he tried pull her by holding her hand and tried to slap her. My wife could save herself by shouting and holding his hand.

This is very scary event and makes the people think twice before boarding the BMTC bus because of this kind of wild behavior of the conductors.

Please do the needful.

Thanks
Shantanu

Hi,
I am travelling from Indiranagar (Defence Colony) to DELL bus stop (EGL) everey day. Every day I am facing and seeing that the conductors collect exact ticket amount and don't give tickets to passengers. Today (Sep 11th 2009), I have seen that the conductor didn't give tickets for 80% of the people in the bus. I observed in each and every stop. Just he is collecting money from passengers and didn't give any ticket. I asked him somany times for my ticket and he was telling something else. Whle discussing with conductor, my bus stop came. The bus details are as follows.

Bus Number: KA01 FA.1508
Service Number: 201G
From: Didn't see exactly
To: Banisankari
Where I get into the bus: Indiranagar (KFC)
Where I get down: DELL bus stop (EGL)
Time: 11: 20 AM

This is doing not only this conductor, many many. 90% of conductors are doing like this. But no one is taking any action.

Because of this mainly KSRTC is loosing their profits drastically. People please think about this and take necessary actions if any Police office or KSRTC staff will see.

Thanks,
Srinath
