CM’s assurance
A preliminary meeting of investors and developers from India and abroad had been called by the BMRDA, in mid-November. About 45 leading investors, including those from Singapore, Malaysia, the Netherlands and the UAE, had attended the meeting. Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy had at the meeting sought to allay the investors’ reservations vis-a-vis land acquisition. He had noted that Bidadi “falls in my own constituency and no one need fear any delay due to hassles over land acquisition”.
Ramanagaram in Ramanagaram taluk, Solur in Magadi taluk, Sathanur in Kanakapura taluk, and Nandagudi in Hosakote taluk are the four other places BMRDA has chosen for its township projects.
