Agara Lake Road made one-way

BANGALORE: With the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) taking up work on a drain at the 14th Main Road-Outer Ring Road junction in Sarjapur Road, the police have diverted vehicular traffic from Thursday on Agara Lake Road, Sarjapur Road and the Outer Ring Road.

The Agara Lake Road has been made a one-way. Vehicles will not be allowed to enter the road from Automat junction. Vehicles going to Iblur junction from Central Silk Board have to now take the Outer Ring Road, turn left at HSR Layout 14th Main Road, enter Agara Lake Road and turn right at Automat junction.

Similarly, the stretch of Sarjapur Road from Automat junction to Agara junction, has been made a one-way.

Vehicles will not be allowed to go to Agara junction from Automat junction. Vehicles going towards HSR Layout and Central Silk Board junction from Jakkasandra and Sarjapur Road have been barred from turning right at Automat junction. Vehicles should take Sarjapur Road, turn right at Agara village and go to HSR Layout and Central Silk Board junction.

The stretch of Outer Ring Road, from HSR Layout 14th Main Road to Agara junction, has been made a one-way. Vehicles will not be allowed towards Agara junction from HSR Layout 14th Main Road.

Right turn is prohibited at Agara junction for vehicles going to Sarjapur Road and 1st Block, Koramangala.

Instead, vehicles should go to Outer Ring Road, take a right turn at HSR Layout 14th Main Road junction, pass through Agara Lake Road.
