Bangalore: The sky will be generally cloudy and there may be one or two spells of light rain in the next few days. The maximum temperature would be around 30 degrees Celsius.

According to the Met office, the south-west monsoon has advanced into most parts of coastal and south interior Karnataka. It is likely to advance into other parts of Karnataka in the next two or three days.

Rain or thundershowers are also likely in most places of coastal Karnataka and at many places over south interior Karnataka. North interior Karnataka is likely to witness scattered rainfall. Mangalore recorded heavy rainfall.

The maximum temperature in Bangalore on Saturday was 29 degrees Celsius and the minimum was 20.6 degrees Celsius.
