What the IT sector expects from State

The Hindu

BANGALORE: The industry has listed out priorities for the Government to overcome Bangalore's infrastructure problems. "The Government should fill potholes, relay worn-out roads, stop water-logging and put in place a comprehensive traffic management system to resolve the day-to-day problems confronting Bangalore," Anant Koppar, President, Bangalore Chamber of Industry and Commerce (BCIC) said. According to Mr. Koppar, the situation can be improved if the agencies concerned worked together to implement an action plan. "The question is whether you want mud to be filled in the potholes or whether it should be filled with concrete. The condition of the roads in Bangalore has to be improved, no doubt. If you have the will, you can do it," he remarked.
