BANGALORE: The High Court on Wednesday expressed its displeasure over the functioning of BBMP officials.

Dealing with a property registration case, the HC said that the BBMP was nothing but ‘Jungle Raj’, adding that the officials were making the rules for their convenience.

For property registration, the BBMP had to follow the rules, but the officials were harassing those who come for katha,’’ the court said.

Single-Judge Ramamohan Reddy warned BBMP officials to follow the property registration rules.
