Trial run begins at underpass

The Bruhat Bangalore Mahangara Palike, on Monday, conducted a trial run of the underpass at Cauvery junction using trucks involved in construction. The Palike officers said that asphaltation work at the underpass has been completed and traffic can begin moving from Wednesday.
However the traffic police are not for allowing vehicles from Wednesday as the U-turn for reaching Bhashyam Circle from Mekhri Circle has not been provided.
Traffic ACP Eshwar Prasad said that traffic will be allowed in the underpass after the Palike provided a right turn from Mekhri Circle.
