UNDERPASS AT SANKEY ROAD: TRAFFIC DIVERSIONS

To make way for the underpass being built on Sankey Road near Kaveri junction, traffic movement will not be allowed between Bhashyam Circle (Sadashivanagar) and Kaveri Junction on Bellary Road for three days from midnight on Jan 15.

Traffic (Central division) ACP Eshwar Prasad on Monday told presspersons that traffic will be diverted to roads in Sadashivanagar till January 19.

BMTC buses:

* BMTC buses from Yeshwanthpur/ Malleswaram to Bhashyam Circle will go through Maramma Circle towards Malleshwaram 18th Cross

* Buses from Gangenahalli will be diverted at Mekhri Circle up ramp on Bellary Road, right towards CV Raman Road and BHEL Circle

* Buses from Palace Cross to Sadashivanagar Maruthi Nagar Circle will be diverted at Kaveri junction to move on Ramana Maharshi Road up to 8th main road and take left towards Maruthi Circle

* Buses from Sadashivanagar Maruthi Nagar Circle will move on 8th main road up to Ramana Maharshi Road, take left to Mekri Circle and U-turn on the up ramp to head to Kaveri junction.

* Buses from Palace Cross to Kaveri junction will be diverted at PG Halli park junction to turn left towards Ranga Mandira - PG Halli Main Road - Vinayaka Circle - 2nd main Vyalikaval - Dr Jeevraj Alva Road and to Bhashyam Circle.
