Bangalore: A BATF civic summit re-visited. On January 27, all the city civic stakeholders will come together on a common platform to set their agenda for Bangalore for the next one year.
The heads of all civic bodies held a meeting on Tuesday to discuss the deliberations of this summit. Based on chief minister’s directions, the day-long summit — Bangalore Development: Today and Tomorrow — will be held at Jnana Jyoti auditorium of Central College.
Each stakeholder will make an half-an-hour power-pointpresentation on the last year’s performance, ongoing projects and roll out the organisations’s agenda for the next one year. Each presentation will be followed by a discussion.
The summit will have as audience industrialists, IT captains, NGOs, resident associations, students and media. The concluding remarks will be made by the chief minister.
The civic heads are also planning to have a dry run of the event to put in place a standardised presentation format.
