Two-way traffic restored on Nandidurg Road

BANGALORE: Following completion of the extension of the road-under-bridge near the Cantonment Railway Station, the traffic police have revived the two-way traffic with certain restrictions on Jayamahal Road, Nandidurga Road and Miller's Road.

According to a press release, Jayamahal Road has been made two-way from J.C. Nagar Police Station junction to Jayamahal Circle. Vehicles from J.C. Nagar Police Station can move in front of the Cantonment Railway Station passing from the left hand side of the old bridge.

The Nandidurg Road has been made two-way from J.C. Nagar Police Station Circle to Miller's Road.

Similarly, two-way traffic has been allowed from Jayamahal Circle to Nandidurg Road Junction on the Miller Road. However, vehicles coming from Nandidurg Road should take a compulsory left turn under the old bridge and are prohibited from directly crossing the Jayamahal Circle.

Vehicles on Miller's Road from Udaya TV Junction towards Jayamahal Road can pass through the new bridge. Similarly, vehicles going towards Nandidurg Road can pass through the Jayamahal junction after crossing the new bridge.
