Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy said the Government is considering regularisation of residential structures where there is a deviation up to 25 per cent, on Wednesday.

Speaking to reporters after the inauguration of a stretch of the Airport Road flyover, Mr Kumaraswamy said discussions on this subject were held on Monday, where it was decided to regularise certain illegal structures, in the wake of the Koramangala demolitions by the Bangalore Mahanagara Palike.

Violations in commercial buildings will not be regularised, Mr Kumaraswamy added.

However, BMP Commissioner K Jairaj said the Government is proposing regularisation of 25 per cent deviation in commercial properties and 50 per cent in residential buildings.
