Bangalore: Traffic at the busy Banaswadi-Rammurthynagar Ring Road junction will be diverted from Sunday in view of the construction of an underpass there.
BDA, which has taken up the construction, has given a time-frame of one year to complete the underpass. The restrictions:

• Outer Ring Road: Vehicles (from north to west) will be diverted at Canara Bank junction (from Hebbal to KR Puram side), on to the north carriageway, will move in the opposite direction towards Chennasandra burial ground and ply on the first carriageway.

• On Outer Ring Road,
(west to north) from KR Puram to Hebbal side, vehicles will be diverted from Chennasandra burial ground on to the Service Road, then move towards Canara Bank Colony junction and reach Outer Ring Road.

• On Rammurthynagar towards Kasturinagar, vehicles on the Service Road will have to take a left to Ring Road, Outer Ring Road, take right turn at Kasturinagar Cross.

• On Banaswadi Main Road from Banaswadi towards Rammurthynagar, vehicles from Banaswadi junction go towards Horamavu junction, take right towards Rammurthynagar.
