Separate rallies disrupt traffic in City

Traffic movement in the central parts of the city was disrupted following two separate rallies by Daily Wage Employees Association demanding permanent jobs and members of Kannada Rakshana Vedike against antiKannada drive.

Both the rallies started from Chikkalalbagh and Railway station comprising of around 6,000 protesters that threw traffic out of gear. The police had to divert the traffic to the adjacent roads to prevent traffic pile up.
