CITY PROJECTS TO BE ON FAST TRACK

Deputy Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa said the government is planning to launch a special purpose vehicle — BUILD (Bangalore Urban Infrastructure and Local Development) — to expedite infrastructure projects in the City. BUILD will allocate specific tasks to Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (BMP), the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA), the BMRDA and other bodies and ensure that projects were completed on time, he said.
