Bangalore: If you have any complaints against BDA, or wish to get application forms, maps or pay taxes in your locality, you needn’t tear your hair anymore. For, the BDA has installed touchscreens for the same.

On Monday, one kiosk was installed in the BDA shopping complex, HBR Layout, and another in the BDA office on Tuesday.

BDA spokesperson T.C. Kathyayini said 30 types of forms can be downloaded from the kiosks; one needn’t visit the BDA office for the same. Each form will cost about Rs 20.

Taxes can be paid by cash, cheque and DD; the system will also accept credit cards. Money can be paid in the denomination of Rs 5 to Rs 500.
