BANGALORE: Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa will on Tuesday inaugurate Madiwala underpass, which has been completed in 58 days as against the deadline of 90 days.
The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) has built the underpass under its plan to make 11 corridors in the city signalfree. The underpass connects the Silk Board flyover to the Electronics City elevated highway.
The road has been identified to be part of the signalfree corridors. Eight underpasses will be built at eight major junctions from Vellara Junction to Silk Board.
