Mysore: Bangalore Mysore Infrastructure Corridor (BMIC) project promoters have sought half a km of land from Mysore Urban Development Authority (MUDA) to begin work from the Mysore side. Promoter Nandi Infrastructure Corridor Enterprise (NICE) managing director Ashok Kheny told reporters here on Sunday night: “I need about half a km land on the city’s outskirts. Once MUDA hands it over, I will begin work.’’

Kheny will visit areas around Mysore on Monday and speak to the farmers seeking consent letters from farmers and negotiate price for the land.
