BANGALORE: After almost two-and-ahalf years, the residents of the JP Nagar and the neighbouring areas can use the Puttenahalli Main Road that was closed since work on the underpass began.
BBMP recently opened the road between J P Nagar and Puttenahalli for twoway traffic. The 24th Main Road in J P Nagar had been closed and residents had to take alternate routes to reach the main road. But with a portion of work on the underpass complete, BBMP has now allowed traffic on the road. Officials said work would be completed in a few weeks.
