The police said that there may be traffic jams, besides slow movement of vehicles after evening on Kempegowda Road, as KSRTC will ply 500 additional buses from Bangalore to clear festival rush on October 20 and 21.


Majestic area is likely to witness traffic jams on Friday as KSRTC will ply 500 additional buses from Bangalore to clear festival rush on October 20 and 21.

The police said that there may be traffic jams, besides slow movement of vehicles after evening on Kempegowda Road.

The police have suggested that those going to Kempegowda bus stand and City railway station to travel by BMTC buses. They suggested that those proceeding to Vijayanagar, Rajajinagar, Malleswaram and Yeshwantpur to take right turn at Mysore bank circle and use Palace Road and Race Course Road to reach their destinations via Sheshdripuram.

KSRTC will also ply special buses from Jayanagar, Malleswaram, Jalahalli, Nelamangala and Banashankari once in every two hour to Mysore.
